Debt Capital Markets Associate/Senior Associate - Melbourne, 1-4 PQE
Our client, one of the world's leading international law firms, is currently recruiting for a number of exciting opportunities to work within the firm, including for a Solicitor/Associate (2-5 years Aus/1-4 UK PQE) for their Debt Capital Markets team in Melbourne.
This role will involve advising on all kinds of debt products. You will be involved in the full process of issuing the products including due diligence, working with underwriters to structure the issue and negotiating the listing on the stock exchange of the product. You will work closely with leading partners in the team and in addition to high quality work, this role offers excellent training and career development opportunities.
The successful candidate should be a qualified lawyer, with an excellent academic profile and at least 1 year post qualification debt capital markets and/or securitisation experience gained at a leading firm in the market.
