My client, a Legal 500 rated private practice, is seeking a corporate solicitor to join its team.

This is a good opportunity for somebody who is looking to make the step up or wants to work in a genuinely supportive environment.

Client Details

The Corporate team advises both buyers and sellers at a regional, national and often international level on a range of Corporate matters from M&A, private equity, restructurings to general Corporate advice such as shareholders' agreements and drafting articles of association

Description

The team has a good reputation in the Birmingham market and the team will be committed to aiding your technical development through a combination of exposure to quality work and technical training.

Profile

You will be:

  • A UK qualified solicitor.
  • Have ideally 1 yr PQE however, my client will a Corporate NQ. You will have enjoyed a strong transactional seat in Corporate during their training contract and will enjoy the client facing side of the role.
  • You will also have a commitment to networking and business development as this will be expected in the position.
