Personal Injury Paralegal – Blackburn, Lancashire
Are you a paralegal who specialises in personal injury matters? Are you looking for that next step up in your career?
My client is a full service private practice based in Lancashire who provide a friendly and close knit service and they are now looking to grow their team with an additional RTA personal injury paralegal.
You will be tasked with handling your own caseload of personal injury matters in the main road traffic accidents from inception through to settlement.
You will have:
• At least six months’ experience assisting on or handling your own caseload of RTA personal injury matters
• Knowledge of the personal injury process
• Use of case management system
• Use of the MOJ process – Stages 1, 2 and 3
• Experience of adhering to financial targets and deadlines
• Experience of working in a close knit environment and working as part of a team
This is a great opportunity to build upon your experience and to work within an established full service practice in Lancashire. Salary is commensurate with experience.
