An exciting opportunity exists for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a highly rated Dispute Resolution team, offering excellent future prospects.

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will work on a mixed case load on medium to high value general commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, warranty claims, fraud claims, commercial, guarantee claims, ROT claims and professional negligence disputes. There is a mix of domestic and international litigation. Clients include international businesses, many household names as well as some smaller, local businesses.

You will possess excellent skills in a range of general commercial dispute resolution matters with a real desire to win cases, and a willingness to work hard when necessary to achieve this.

You will be expected to participate in marketing and business development events and activities.
