Securitisation Lawyer - 2-5PQE

This fast-paced international broker-dealer maintains a significant punch for its 250-strong global headcount.  They now seek a lawyer to take on a significant, transactional role within the London office and reporting to the General Counsel (also in London).

Working closely with the business, including the CEO, you will be integral to the entire transaction cycle (lawyers are typically involved as an equal voice within the business rather than exclusively for risk and control, which provides a much wider brief across the deal).  Transactions include securitisation across asset classes (CMBS, RMBS, receivables/ABS and whole business, as well as repackagings and CLOs. 

An exciting and front-line position, the role would suit a lawyer with strong commercial acumen seeking a significant, transaction focused position in-house.  Candidates will typically be between 2-5 years' PQE (though the client will consider those slightly outside these margins on merit) and will have a background in securitisation from a leading law firm, investment bank or other financial.
