In House Nurse – Medical Law
Lincoln
Full/Part Time – Permanent role
I am currently recruiting an experience Nurse to join a highly reputable firm based at their Lincoln office.
Applicants must already be a fully qualified Nurse, preferably with recent hospital experience.
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn about clinical negligence and PI claims is essential and you must have current working knowledge of medical practice – ideally with midwifery experience.
This role will include:
- Collating medical records in Clinical Negligence and PI cases for both offices
- Preparing chronologies, summaries and comments on medical treatment when requested
- Providing nursing input to clinical negligence cases and researching treatments/medical conditions
- Dealing with requests for interpretation of medical records Knowledge/Qualification Requirements
Good basic IT/typing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, previous database/case management system experience would be desirable but is not essential.
