Our client, a renowned financial services organisation are looking for a Real Estate Funds Lawyer to join their team in London.
This is a business facing role and the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for:
- The structuring and creation of funds (predominantly real estate funds)
- Managing any problems that arise from the fund
- Advising the wider business on real estate funds as well as investment structures
- Advising on regulatory and tax related matters
The successful candidate is likely to have upwards of 3 years’ experience and should have experience in real estate funds.
