2 x Agricultural Property & Estates lawyers NQ – 1 & 3 + years’ PQE ESSEX

Agricultural Property & Estates team is looking to add two Agricultural Property & Estates lawyers to its team in Essex (one of 0 to1 years’ PQE and the other of 3 or more years’ PQE). Although this is niche area of law, the team is relatively large and they undertake some very high quality work. The team advises both UK and international clients on all aspects of UK legislation affecting rural real estate investment - including farm acquisitions and disposals, planning issues, tax advice, investment in equestrian and rural estates, rights of way and environmental liabilities. For the junior role you must have either undertaken a seat in Agricultural law or Commercial Property law (but you must be able to demonstrate an interest in Agricultural affairs). For qualified applicants, ideally you will specialise in Agricultural law but our client will also consider applications from Commercial Property lawyers who can demonstrate either (i) they have undertaken some Agricultural matters as part of their overall mix of work, or (ii) they have an interestin Agricultural Property/ Agricultural matters.
