Sole Legal Counsel

• Do you have experience in respect of a wide range of commercial contracts?
• Do you have experience of wider legal issues and considerations such as any corporate work and/or company secretarial type activities?
• Did you train or spend time post-qualification working at a top 50 law firm?
• Are you a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 4+ years' relevant PQE (given as a guide only)?

You will be working for a market-leading organisation, having multiple international offices including in the USA and Australia.

You will draft, negotiate and conclude a vast and hugely varied range of all-round commercial contracts.

You will be directly involved in and gain regular exposure to multiple high-profile events across the globe in various sectors including sport and entertainment.

You will report directly into the Board of Directors, and will be the organisation's first ever in-house legal hire.

You will be based at the company's highly impressive UK HQ in Hertfordshire, close to the border with London and easily accessible via mainline train connections and all major road routes.
