Residential Property Paralegal

Our Client, a renowned national law firm, is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis. 

This opportunity will offer you the chance to act in a fee earning role handling your own caseload. The considerable scope of this role will include opening new files, ordering searches and dealing with client verifications, AML checks and completion statements. You will be in charge of your own files from initiation to completion.

Due to the fee-earning status of this role, our client is looking to hear from experienced residential property paralegals or conveyancers. In return the firm are offering a highly competitive salary and a rewarding bonus structure!

The successful candidate must have previous experience in conveyancing, ideally carrying their own caseload.
