Corporate Insurance Lawyer, 5 years PQE

This UK based Insurance Company is currently recruiting a Corporate M&A lawyer with approximately 5 years post qualification experience to join its team in London. The ideal candidate will have M&A, private equity and/or acquisition finance experience preferably in the insurance space. In this role, you would work directly with the General Counsel and be involved in large M&A deals. You will need a certain amount of gravitas to deal directly with senior management, banks and investors. This is an autonomous role with a good career path and an opportunity to stand out within a dynamic and growing business.
