Work is from both Regional and National Client base of multi-nationals, SME's and OMBs, advising on the full gamut of corporate -M&A, JV, Private Equity and some commercial matters, corporate reorganisations, financing and joint ventures plus support on banking and finance matters and commercial contracts. You will be working in great offices in Cardiff with fantastic views, friendly firm and genuinely a great place to work.
