winning practice based in Shropshire is looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor into their busy team dealing with both Civil and Property Litigation matters.


JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor - Shropshire


LOCATION: Shropshire (Commutable from: Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton & Stafford)

SALARY: Dependant on experience



Currently experiencing substantial growth, this specialist law firm based in a glorious area of Shropshire is looking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive into their expanding team. The ideal Litigation Solicitor will primarily be dealing with disputed service charge arrears, county court claims and leasehold valuation tribunal applications to service charge arrears and residential property management issues.



With a proven background of handling landlord and tenant work, the ideal Litigation Solicitor will have a particular knowledge of residential service charge disputes and experience of supervising fee earners. The appointed Litigation Solicitor will ether be a Newly Qualified Soliictor or will have up to 10 years experience of handling a range of civil and property litigation matters. The role of Litigation Solicitor comes with a lot of flexibility in the working day that could include evening and weekend work should a candidate indicate a preference for such hours.
