FUNDS SOLICITOR
1+ PQE JERSEY
TO £75,000 (20% tax)
This premier offshore law firm has a market leading and growing Funds team which advises a range of clients in relation to the formation, structure and regulation of investment funds in the offshore jurisdictions.
The firm's successful funds team is looking to recruit an associate, who will work with leading partners, advising asset managers, fund promoters to start-up ventures. As an associate in the team you will also gain valuable experience in corporate, finance and regulatory work.
You will have a strong academic background, have trained and gained at least one year of experience at a top-tier London, regional, Scottish, Irish, Australian, New Zealand or South African law firm. Funds experience would be ideal, but if not, good corporate experience and a desire to focus on funds work is essential. You will be looking to continue your professional development at a top firm, handling excellent quality work, and at the same time enjoying the fantastic quality and balance of life offered in the Channel Islands.
