Position - Education Solicitor
Education Law/Community Care/Public Law/School Admissions/Court of Protection

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor to join the Education team of a national law firm based in London. The firm's Education team sits within the Public Law practice at the firm which covers a number of services related to health and social care. Given the firm's size and client base within Public law, they are now looking to bring on an Education solicitor to strengthen their London team. With this in mind the firm are now looking for a Solicitor with a broad range of experience in handling Education law matters of both a publicly and private funded nature. Ideally the firm would be looking for a Solicitor that also has experience in handling other public law matters or in handling Court of Protection matters. In turn this is a great opportunity to join a firm with a strong Public law and Education law offering, with a stable London team in place and one that invests in career development for their Solicitors.


Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Experience in Education law matters.
- Experience in dealing with both publicly and privately funded matters.
- Ideally some experience in other areas of Public law or Court of Protection.
