Residential Property Solicitor - Senior Associate level - Central London.

This firm are currently going from strength to strength and are now looking to expand their residential property department by recruiting a senior solicitor into their Central London office.

This team handle an impressive range of residential conveyancing work acting for high net worth individuals on properties throughout the UK and overseas. The emphasis of the department is very much on quality over quantity so it is not high volume work. The team provide a very high quality, comprehensive service to their clients - many of whom are investment clients with large portfolios.

As this is a senior position it is envisaged that applicants would join at associate/senior associate level and would therefore have in excess of 5 years PQE in residential property work. You will also ideally have experience of supervising more junior fee earners and be experienced in business development. Experience of managing sales and purchases of high value properties (£2 million++) is essential.
