Legal Executive - Non Contentious Construction

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Legal Executive to join an Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance team within an international law firm.

As a Legal Executive, you will focus on building experience in non-contentious Construction work with major blue chip clients, banks, retailers, developers and significant public sector bodies.

You will be a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), have knowledge and understanding of contract law, land law, the conveyancing process and construction law, obtained through study and experience in a similar environment.

You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task, particularly when working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You must be confident using MS Office 2010, including Word and Excel (and appetite to use other bespoke software/systems and media for referral/transfer of documentation).
