Locum Residential and Private Client Solicitor

Locum Residential Conveyancer and Private Client solicitor required for a leading regional private practice on the South East Coast to commence a 2 week assignment from the 7th of November.

Our client is a successful and established firm operating out of numerous offices along the South East Coast. This dedicated practice delivers expert legal advice on a number of specialist sectors. This expanding firm always aims provide a progressive approach, acting with skill and authority for private individuals, businesses and larger organisations. Due to holiday a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a solicitor with residential conveyancing and private client experience to join this busy firm. The first week will be a full week and the second consisting of 4 days.

This role would suit a Conveyancer looking to add some private client experience to their CV or vice versa. The ideal candidate will have both residential conveyancing and private client experience (wills, probates, LPA's and court protection). The break down in the case load is 50% conveyancing and 50% probates and wills. The firm need a hard working "safe pair of hands" to keep matters moving. The firm will also consider non-qualified applicants.
