Banking Regulatory & Policy Lawyer, 4+

This global financial services company is looking for an experienced Banking Regulatory lawyer to join their Office of Public Policy Legal Team.

The role will involve advising senior management on interpretation guidance in respect of statutes and directives, preparation of communications to regulators, drafting contractual revisions, general policy and lobbying work with industry bodies and regulators.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City firm, may have a minimum of 4 years' experience gained in private practice or in-house at a bank, European regulatory agency or other financial institutions, advising on the preparation of policies and procedures, drafting comment letters in response to proposed regulations, monitoring of regulatory and legal developments.
