Residential Property Fee Earner Role - Wolverhampton - to £35K

Chadwick Nott have been instructed to find an experienced property fee earner for an In-house opportunity based in Wolverhampton. Salary will be dependent upon experience but will be to c£35K.

This organisation provides affordable housing to members of the public across Central England, offering homes for sale to the general public often via shared ownership. The role we are currently recruiting for is a Property Paralegal to assist the Legal Counsel on sales files. The successful candidate will have upwards of 2 years sales (or sales and purchase experience) and would ideally have social housing and shared ownership or new builds experience. The role would involve handling matters independently from time to time so the successful candidate should be confident to work with minimal supervision.
