RTA Litigated Fee Earner Job RTA Litigated Job based in Greater Manchester paying up-to £24,000

Your new company
This firm is highly regarded for its pre litigated and litigated RTA work and overall Personal Injury Work. Due to its continued success and growth within this department, it is looking to recruit a number of RTA paralegal/Fee Earners.

Your new role
You will be reviewing all pre proceedings files, noting and abiding by Client Guidelines and then Formulating initial Strategy and Explaining the Strategy to Team Leader and obtaining approval to proceed. You will handle your own caseload of part 7 work from start to finish with strong litigation skills.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fee earner, ideally with 12 months' experience in litigated RTA work, handling your own caseload. You will have a concern for quality of service and be able to produce a high standard of work, with excellent attention to detail.
