To work with members of the UK Legal team to provide legal advice and support to the WEBB businesses on transactions and queries relating to the WEBB businesses' product offering to high net worth, offshore and international clients Eg:
Lending and security across a range of asset classes, including property and investment portfolios;
Structured products; and
Derivatives.

Description
Managing and executing transactions undertaken by the WEBB UK Legal team, including:
o responsibility for drafting and/or reviewing client facing and third party documentation (such as loan and security documents, term-sheets, brochures and distribution agreements); and
o liaising with the WEBB businesses, external counsel and other infrastructure functions such as credit risk, credit operations and compliance;
Working collaboratively with members of the WEBB UK Legal team, the WEBB businesses and other infrastructure functions to:
o assist with the development of new products; and
o provide input to new and existing policies and procedures to ensure that any changes to processes are within the permitted legal and regulatory framework;
Proactively identifying and advising on legal and regulatory risks, escalating these as necessary to stakeholders, and assisting with recommending and implementing solutions, including in relation to the implementation of new legislation and regulatory requirements; and
Providing support, as required, in relation to other matters being worked on by the WEBB UK Legal team, including regulatory change impacting the WEBB businesses, structural reform and the implications of Brexit.
Profile
Solicitor or barrister qualified in the UK or equivalent commonwealth jurisdiction, with experience of working in a top law firm and/or in-house with a top financial services organisation;
