2 x Commercial Litigation lawyer 0 – 1 & 2 – 6 years’ PQE LEEDS

Directories-listed Commercial Litigation department is looking to recruit two Commercial Litigation lawyers – one of 0 to 1 years’ PQE and the other of  between 2 and 6 years’ PQE. The team routinely acts on ‘big ticket’ litigation and they advise on a wide range of commercial disputes including disputes arising out of company mergers and acquisitions, complex projects and trading contracts and agreements for the acquisition and development of property. The practice covers a number of sectors, including automotive/engineering, energy, oil and gas and UK house-building. If you are a newly –qualified candidate, you must have undertaken a seat in Commercial Litigation law (or at least a seat in a commercially-related area of law eg. Property lit, Banking Lit, Insolvency Lit, IP Lit, etc). If you are already qualified, you will currently be a Commercial Litigation generalist.
