Offshore law firm in Bermuda is looking to recruit a Corporate lawyer of 5 or more years’ PQE. You would be joining a firm which undertakes work of the highest quality including mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings of debt and capital (with listings on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, the NYSE, the AIM Market, as well as the Singapore Stock Exchange and the ASX). The team also provides corporate governance and regulatory advice to its clients. It is also involved in the insurance industry, advising companies on the establishment and regulation of Bermuda insurers, brokers and managers.
Our client will consider applicants currently specialising in general Corporate law in either the England & Wales or Scottish jurisdictions. It also goes without saying that they will also consider applications from Corporate law specialists already working offshore.
