The ideal commercial & property litigation solicitor will have experience of predominantly county court litigation work including insolvency work, construction work, landlord and tenant disputes, debt collection and an occasional contested probate matter. You will need to have worked for a equally highly regarded regional or London based practice and will have good advocacy experience, IT skills and business development knowledge.
