An international law firm are seeking an associate to join their Structured Finance and Capital Markets group in Dublin. They are looking to further grow their team with the hire of a junior associate between 0-3 PQE.

The team are highly regarded for their outstanding work in debt capital markets and structured products as well as dealing with more general banking and finance matters.

This is the oppurtune time to join a practice with multiple partners that are leaders within their field. You will be involved in a wide variety of matters that consist of but are not limited to; securitisation, debt capital markets and structured finance transactions. Their clients include many high-end financial institutions and banks. The position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work with such reputable groups. Providing advice on distressed, stressed, performing debt and non-performing debt deals will form an integral part of the role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academics and superb drafting skills. Such a candidate will also have experience in dealing with structured finance and debt capital markets within a well-recognised firm.
