Our client, a leading business within the Life Sciences remit is seeking an EMEA Contracts Manager to join their legal department for an initial period of 6 months.
Within this role you will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of general commercial agreements and be responsible for managing the Contracts team.
Key responsibilities will include;
* Dealing with a range of contracts including but not limited to sale and service contracts, collaboration agreements and supply agreements
* Working with other members of the global legal team to develop sales related template documentation
* Working closely with the Finance and Sales teams to review contracts for revenue recognition considerations
* Managing, updating and developing processes and procedures for quoting, tenders and contracts in conjunction with key senior stakeholders
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, holding a minimum of 2 years management experience. You will be a proactive and pragmatic individual who is able to work seamlessly with others and provide support where necessary. Any additional language skills whilst not essential would be highly advantageous.
