Secretarial Team Coordinator

A great newly created position has now become available for a legal secretarial Team Leader to join one of the most successful London law firms (Bank/Monument). As this firm continues to expand and thrive it is now ready to appoint a Team Leader to look after the secretarial population within it's Corporate, Employment and Dispute Resolution practice areas (20 - 25 staff) The firm is now hoping to meet a secretarial coordinator who is a natural communicator and can inspire others and show a more commercial understanding of how a highly successful law firm support team work. Candidates are sought who have previous secretarial supervisory experience within a law firm (ideally looking after a similar sized population) a track record of delivering support staff excellence and having the ability to mentor and develop others whilst taking on some of the daily reporting (attendance, approving holiday requests and ensuring the allocation of workflows amongst the team is optimised) You will be the first point of contact for new secretarial joiners and play an active part in the support staff appraisal process. Candidates who are passionate about raising skill levels and and developing others to ensure the creation of a class leading service are particularly welcome. Strong management skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to build relationships with stake-holders. Hours are 9:30 - 5:30. Great perks are added to the above starting salary.
