Corporate/M&A Energy Counsel - Renewable Energy Giant

This is the perfect opportunity for a corporate M&A lawyer to join a market leading energy organisation, who has continually and strategically expanded its global reach.

Reporting to the Head of Legal for M&A, you will work within a renewable energy team on pure M&A matters. Your main responsibilities will include advising on the structuring of big ticket transactions by identifying risks and providing commercial solutions, negotiating with counterparties, managing external counsel, and building strong, long lasting relationships with colleagues and third parties.

You will be a UK qualified lawyer, with a strong private practice background, and 5-10 years' corporate M&A experience, energy experience would be advantageous, but not a pre-requisite. This organisation is looking for a robust individual who is both confident working both autonomously and as part of team.
