Corporate Solicitor - Our clients, a legal 500 firm situated in the London West End with a reputation for their corporate and commercial work have asked us to find them a further corporate solicitor to join their department.
The successful candidate will have c.3-4 year’s relevant case handling experience from a similar profile firm and the desire and ambition to grow the department. You will advise UK based and international clients on a diverse caseload which will include:

-        Mergers & acquisitions
-        Joint ventures
-        AIM 20 Market
-        Capital Market
-        Partnership & LLP matters
-        Shareholder agreements

You will provide legal and business advice for a range of clients, including high net worth individuals, investors and companies spanning over several industries. You will need to show financial and commercial awareness, strong team ethos and able to demonstrate a wide range of experience on corporate matters with a distinct understanding of AIM.
