An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Claimant Personal Injury Lawyer at a well-regarded, very friendly firm in Northamptonshire to join them on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will be capable of undertaking a caseload of EL, PL, RTA and some clinical negligence, with the large majority of the caseload consisting of RTA matters. Familiarity with the claims portal is an essential.
You will be processing claims up to, and including, settlement or issuing proceedings where necessary. Where a claim does progress to court, you will be responsible for the preparation of the claim, including attending court and instructing counsel.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident and enthusiastic. While formal legal qualifications are not a prerequisite for the role, they would be preferred. You will have a proven track record in terms of fee-earning and billing.
Salary will range between £25,000 to £38,000 dependent on experience.
