Senior Private Client Solicitor
Our client are a leading law firm offering a range of specialist legal services across its four offices in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. They are currently looking for an Senior Private Client Solicitor to work full time within our busy Wills & Estate Planning Team.
You will join a large Private Client Team at the Newbury office which currently has four solicitors, one Legal Executive (Fellow) and three paralegals. The applicant must have a sound knowledge of all aspects of Private Client work including drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, Court of Protection, inheritance tax planning and probate (ideally both contentious and non contentious).
The ideal candidate will be:
•A team player, self sufficient, with an ability managing their own files.
•Experience of all aspects of private client work equivalent to 4+ years PQE, with good technical skills. •Strong communication and IT skills.
•Excellent client liaison skills.
