Lothbury Mason is an established and successful City based legal recruitment business. Due to unprecedented levels of growth over the past 18 months and an abundance of new client instructions, we have a pressing requirement to hire an additional experienced legal recruitment consultant.
The successful candidate will have:
- Current legal recruitment experience - private practice
- Proven new business development skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A tenacious and motivated approach to their work
- A genuine desire to provide an exemplary service
- Experience of working within a 360 collegiate environment
Whilst we expect the successful candidate to be able to develop their own client and candidate portfolio, we are able to provide immediate resources to enable a smooth transition e.g. live clients, active vacancies and an internal research department among many others.
