We have been instructed on an excellent new commercial property role for a 1 year pqe+ commercial property lawyer to join a well established, busy commercial property team, in a great firm in the heart of Bath. Ideally you will be 1-3 pqe, but our client will consider commercial strong commercial property NQ's or those more experienced if they have the right aptitude and enthusiasm for commercial property and business development.

You will be dealing predominantly with OMB's and SME's on the full range of commercial property transactions as well as supporting the firm's nationally top rated charity social enterprise and education practices. Our client offers a broad range of work including acquisition, disposal, property management, leasing and project work on a wide range of property types. Clients include nationally significant and high profile charities, schools and other institutions. Its a great opportunity to carry out a broad range of work and to then find your niche in a friendly, pro-active and leading Legal 500 firm with a national reputation.
