SALARY: £Dependant on experience
Keen to grow their presence within the South Wales market, this commercially focussed law firm is looking to recruit an additional Corporate Solicitor to assist the busy corporate team. The corporate team provides advice across the full remit of corporate law for clients in a number of sectors. The role will be challenging and varied and will require the appointed Corporate Solicitor to deliver effective advice to a diverse client base of businesses. You will as the successful Corporate Solicitor be able to / have some experience of advising on a number of corporate transactional matters.
Applications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitors with up to 3 years experience in dealing with all types of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, MBO;s and MBIs as well as shareholder agreements and takeovers. Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within corporate law. With an excellent commercial approach to your work you will possess excellent academics along with a real passion for this area of law. The appointed Corporate Solicitor will be looking for superb platform to really kick start their career within corporate law.
