Corporate - Junior to mid-level associate
Looking for 3-6 year PQE with strong corporate M&A experience in both inbound FDI and outbound ODI (but not IPO or capital market experience, not IP or compliance/regulatory). Industry experience in mining, power, infrastructure and/or Transport & Infrastructure will be preferred.
The candidate ideally a native mandarin speaker with overseas legal education background for their law degree. The right candidate will have opportunity to work with three corporate partners in office.
