We are looking to recruit a IT Training Administrator into our Chelmsford office.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide assistance to the IT Training team. This role will support the development and implementation of an IT Training strategy for the Firm. The principle areas these roles will cover are:

  • IT Induction
  • Course Management
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Maintenance
  • Training Surveys

Requirements:

Essential 

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Actively seek to work as part of a Team and maintain a flexible attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
  • High level of attention to detail in presentation, written work and record keeping
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and deliver a high quality service in a pressured environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Aptitude for thinking logically and problem solving
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to further develop IT knowledge and skills
  • Customer focused and positive attitude

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a professional services firm
  • Training admin experience
  • LMS admin experience
  • Working knowledge of office technologies: telephones, collaboration tools and multifunction devices
  • Intranet/web pages development experience (SharePoint)
