Our client boasts one of the largest corporate practices operating on a global platform on all aspects of corporate work including transactional and advisory for key clients across a wide range of sectors on both a regional and international level.

With strong regional offices you will work as a corporate solicitor from the Manchester office working closely with clients in project managing corporate activity for clients on a multi-jurisdictional level. You will work on M&A, private equity and capital markets with the opportunity for client contact from the onset as well as assisting recognised partners.  You will have the scope to develop strong relationships and develop as a corporate lawyer with this leading firm.

With at least twelve months post qualification experience you will be technically strong, commercially minded and want to play your part in a corporate team who work hard but also enjoy the success that this brings in a supportive and rewarding environment.

With a strong investment in training and development of its lawyers this firm will give you the platform to develop as a corporate lawyer in a growing regional market with the scope for international work.
