An experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor is required to join a leading Defendant Insurance practice to run a varied caseload of Industrial Disease matters.

My client is a well established Top 50 UK law firm, widely recognised for its work within the Industrial Disease field. They have provided their enviable client base of leading insurers, public sector organisations and other corporate entities with high quality legal advice for many years and have plans in place to bolster their market share further.

Due to continued expansion the Industrial Disease team are looking to appoint an experienced Industrial Disease fee earner to manage a challenging, complex caseload of Industrial Disease files. The successful candidate must be an experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner with a solid background in running Industrial Disease cases from start to finish. The caseload will consist mainly of Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims and the successful candidate will have experience of running these types of claims from either a Defendant or a Claimant perspective.
