Derivatives/Funds Lawyer - Asset Management, 4+

The asset management arm of a leading global investment bank is looking for a lawyer to join its collegiate and dedicated legal team.  

In this role you will have responsibility for segregated account business (including negotiation of IMA's) and support the business with advice pertaining to trading and derivative arrangements (OTC and cleared derivatives; stocklending and repos).  There is also scope to take on wider responsibilities including involvement in funds work.

Ideally you will come from either a trading/derivatives background or an institutional funds background with a minimum of 4 years' PQE.  You will have perhaps already made the move into investment management or be wanting to, and have the ability to pick up new areas quickly.
