Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a Local Authority based in London for an initial 3 month period.

Take advantage of this exciting opportunity to join a large Property team and undertake a varied workload which will comprise of commercial, residential and property aspects of Compulsory purchase orders.

The Compulsory purchase order work be a small proportion of the role and will be of a property aspect, and will include working on matters relating to housing, town centres and education regeneration and development matters.

In addition, you will be dealing with a range of commercial and residential matters, to include Buy backs/Leases, Transactional work, and title work.

Due to the fast-paced nature of this position, the client is seeking someone with a local authority background.

The office is centrally located in a popular area of London, with shops and restaurants within close proximity, making this a sociable place to work.
