Compliance Officer – Bromley
A great opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Controls Officer to join a growing debt management and collection company based in Bromley.
The Compliance Controls Officer will work as part of a compliance testing and controls team to assist management in identifying, assessing, reporting and containing compliance risk through the implementation and execution of the compliance risk assessment process and the completion of KYC and AML checks. You will also contribute to the design and production of policy and governance.
The successful Compliance Officer will to conduct KYC and AML checks, draft policies and create dashboards for the company across 12 European counties.
In terms of the candidate specification, one to three years’ generalist compliance experience and good working knowledge of FCA regulations are pre-requisites, as such Financial Services experience is a must. Your experience can come from bank auditing, compliance testing or other internal control testing, or regulatory experience in the financial services industry.
A key part of this role is MI reporting, as such the ideal Compliance Controls Officer will be analytical and confident in manipulating data.
There will also be lots of opportunities to get involved in process improvement work, so a great chance to add value!
