OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen within a very busy and thriving residential property department for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to conduct a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions. Handling files from initial instruction through to post completion, the successful Residential Property Lawyer will be expected to deal with all types of residential property files including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, equity release and freehold and leasehold matters.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE and will be comfortable managing their own residential property matters with minimal supervision. You should be a strong team player with experience in all areas of residential property law. Ideal Residential Property Solicitors will have proven technical expertise in dealing with the whole conveyancing process from start to finish. The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be responsible for all types of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and shared ownership.
