An expanding US law firm are looking for an NQ to join their finance team in London.

This firm has expanded recently by hiring top quality lawyers at a senior level and they are now looking to add more junior lawyers as well.

Your work will include a range of transactions including general banking and acquisition finance matters for a broad client base including corporates and private equity houses.
