Receptionist/Property Administrator - 25 hours a week - Surrey
I am currently assisting a fast growing, multi-officed firm who are looking to recruit a receptionist to join their team. This firm are a modern and friendly firm with a really strong team ethos and offer a range of services for their diverse client base.
Daily responsibilities will involve general receptionist duties including greeting clients and dealing with their queries and therefore good communication skills are key.
In this role the successful applicant will also support the property department with their administration which will include;
Opening and closing files
Supporting the fee earners with their caseload
Drafting legal documentation
Due to this, previous experience working in property law is essential and applicants must have excellent time management and organisational skills to deal with this dual role.
