Residential Conveyancer Team Leader - Our clients, an award winning, multi office firm now need an experienced residential property lawyer to manage the residential property team at their North Kent office. They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates with a solid grounding in residential property and who can lead the team forward.

You will be managing a team of 6 whilst handling a busy caseload of:
-        Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
-        Remortgages 
-        Transfers of equity
-        New-build transactions
-        Shared Ownership Schemes

You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol, with experience of working within the CQS framework.
