SENIOR PROPERTY SOLICITOR

Firm well-known for its Real Estate expertise requires an additional Senior Solicitor.

A highly regarded practice with numerous offices, our client is a well-regarded firm with a team of expert lawyers offering a full range of services to commercial and private individual clients. Their practical approach and expert advice is tailored to each client’s need to achieve the best solution as efficiently as possible. With a growing team, they are now seeking a Senior Property Solicitor for their Lymington-based office.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and talented Senior Property Solicitor to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in the Lymington area. Hitting the ground running with an existing caseload involving residential and commercial real estate transactions; the successful Solicitor will be required to further build this caseload with active involvement in marketing and networking events. The ability to generate work for this branch office whilst managing a diverse caseload including high value matters are pre-requisite for the role.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least eight years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Property department.
You must have solid expertise encompassing all aspects of Real Estate – both commercial and residential property including HNW transactions.
You will have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level.
You will have a proven track record of successful involvement in business development activities.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
You will be commercially aware, driven and technically excellent.
