Property Litigation Solicitor

My client, a top progressive Legal 100 ranked law firm with offices across the country are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their well regarded Property Litigation team based in their Bath office.

The firm have a strong London presence as well as across the South West and the firm are highly regarded and ranked in the top tiers for many specialisms.

This role will encompass a broad range of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, rights of light matters and leasehold enfranchisement cases and they are seeking a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE with demonstrable experience of dealing with Property disputes and ideally experience of dealing with long leasehold/ lease enfranchisement.
