A fantastic opportunity has become available for you to work for a leading, niche Commercial Law Firm in Altrincham, South Manchester. Due to the company’s excellent reputation and increase in work from existing and new clients, it is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join the firm’s property department. This branch has a strong reputation and has achieved top-tier status in the Legal 500.

About the role?
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will ideally have upwards of 2 years’ PQE. If you have slightly less than this, please still get in touch so that we can discuss the role and your experience further.
In the Property team there are currently fifteen members, which includes three Senior Solicitors and a Trainee dealing exclusively with residential conveyancing matters.
You will handle your own caseload and provide advice on a wide range of residential property matters to include Sales and Purchases, including houses and flats with a particular focus on high-value properties. Your caseload will also involve dealing with the requirements of lenders in relation to sales and purchases, and manage purchases, site set ups and plot sales for developer clients.
In addition to the above, you may also be required to assist with matters arising from the Private team, including probate property-related matters, family trust matters, and property transactions arising out of divorce.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent salary and benefits.
