A great opportunity for a lawyer to join a global banking institution at Assistant Vice President level assisting the Wealth, Entrepreneurs and Business Banking team. The team is largely retail facing but deals with a broad range of of products and services from unsecured loans, investment leverage loans to derivatives, structured products and investment advice.

Key Credit & Transactions Lawyer Responsibilities:

  • Advising on loan and security documents
  • Advising on term sheets, brochures and distribution agreements
  • Assist in the development of new products
  • Provide input to new and existing policies and procedures

Your Key Skills:

As Assistant Vice President you will have at least 2 years experience working in a top law firm or in house with a top financial services organisation. A different level of experience will be considered if you meet the requisite standards, the figure given is only indicative. You would be providing advice to high net worth, offshore and international clients on matters such as lending and security across a range of asset classes, structured products and derivatives.
